Usually the second job will be queued when OptiStruct is running a job. OptiStruct starts second
job after the completion of the first one.
In order to run two or more jobs simultaneously, increase the maximum number of jobs in
parallel using OptiStruct solver manager GUI.
Open OptiStruct solver manager and go to Edit>> Preferences
Under Solver Preferences, increase the maximum number of jobs to run in parallel.
