Kurt and Kelly are working on duplicate ids.
Alumni data will be converted.
TRNG, PPRD, and SEED databases have been installed for
Banner. Chase and Greg are reviewing the 30+ document
delivered from Sungard regarding the install.
Bob Felix from Messiah indicated he would be willing to
have a conference call with CU regarding their migration. It

If any of the teams need help at this point, they may need to
get some temporary help with the backfill money.
Sherry should send an email reminder to the team leads
regarding the Sept 30 deadline for data cleanup.
Begin to match up addresses. Data standards will have to
decide what address trumps what address. IT will need rules
defined on how to pull based on address change dates, etc. It
might help for IT to make recommendations regarding these
decisions to the data standards team. It is a concern that
there isn’t anyone from the registrar side on the data
standards team.

has been awhile since their migration and he requested a list
of our questions before the call so he could refresh his
memory.
Cross-System Training – Sept 30, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm:
CETES 207
Oct 2-3 Tech Migration Planning Meetings in the afternoon.
Oct 2 – 3:00 – 4:30 will include student data so the student
techs can be involved. This information will be gone over
again on Oct 7 at 3:00 with the functional users.
Oct 7-8 Migration planning for other areas with Laurene. All
of the areas will have been reviewed except FA after this
date.
The ODBC connections are still not working.
The numeric issue for AR is still an issue
Miscellaneous
For student accounts, Cheryl has created a table that the
student account process can read.
WOSC cuts 1 check at the end of the term. A list of students
is supplied to Brenda to create ID’s and to get the student
accounts created.
Not all of Banner is ADA compliant.
Creation of mousepads requires the Banner 8 navigation bar.

Sherry will find out the locations for the remote calls Oct 710.
Sherry will forward her outlook calendar to the tech team
and will discuss the issue of calendars with the
Implementation Leadership Team.
Cheryl to talk to Scott or helpdesk to get the ODBC issue
resolved.
Cheryl is working with Dawne on this issue and will make
sure Dawne can get the file created.
Cheryl will get the location of the table to Julie.
Debbie is pursuing the possibility that OU nursing be billed
in the same was as WOSC nursing students so that we do
not need this system.
James is supposed to send Debbie the document explaining
what parts of Banner are and are not ADA compliant.
Sherry working with users from the listserv to get the
screenshot for Banner 8 navigation.
