When a person is confronted with a problem, the intelligence of his action is dependent on three primary factors:

1) His desire to solve the problem, 2) His ability to solve it, 3) His capacity for handling the human relations involved.

Seven types of people (according to how these three factors -ability, desire, human relations- are combined in.every person):

1) Th "A" Type = Ability, but no desire, no human relations. 2) Th "D" Type = Desire, but no ability and no human relations. 3) Th "HR" Type = Human relations, but no desire and no ability. 4) Th "A-D" Type = Ability and desire, but no human relations. 5) Th "A-HR" Type = Ability and human relations but no desire. 6) Th "D-HR" Type = Desire and human relations but no ability. 7) Th "A-D-HR" Type = Ability, desire and human relations.
