Students will perform a hook exercise dealing with Texas and Secession. I will model how to answer and
discuss the first situation presented. The students will then pair up and discuss the second and third
situation. With their partner they will answer whether or not they would support the cause that is
presented in each situation.

ISNs will be checked on Friday for completion. (Page 21-25)
