Many have received raises and job promotions as a result of knowledge and skills gain through their courses. The committee is developing a College Assessment Plan to be used by the instructional units and support service areas and will also assist with defining Student Learning Outcomes (SLOs) at the course, program and college level to specify knowledge, skills, values, and attitudes students are expected to attain as a result of their involvement in a collegiate experience. www.convergencetechnologycenter.org Recognition of Faculty in the Program Tracking student outcomes and documenting evidence of achievement for SACS (Southern Association of Colleges and Schools) compliance is vital to achieving re-accreditation.
