their truck for sale in the system, can query the trucks already registered, can participate in auction and can bid
for the trucks registered in auction. The system can generate various types of reports and can interface with

Hitachi Dynamic Link Manager (HDLM) is similar to SCSI driver but has additional features like auto failback and
dynamic load balancing and this product is sold in combination with SAN systems (Thunder 5000,etc.)
manufactured by Hitachi. HDLM is developed with all Operating systems like Linux, Solaris, HP, etc.
The project consisted of a maintenance wherein 24X7 support was provided to Client to HDLM ported on previous
versions of Linux. This project also consists of porting of HDLM on latest versions of Linux as and when they are
released also enhancement of existing product.As the Linux versions are released every month, the project life
cycle per project was very short and it was very challenging to ensure good quality product in a very tight
schedule and support the same.
My key responsibilities in this project were :

 Root cause analysis for high severity incidents (5-why analysis)and presenting the same to Hitachi QA
