Initiative: Wikipedia articles
I talked with Michele Gagne (AAQG Communications
Team Lead) about updating a two sentence IAQG site
in Wikipedia and suggested creating AAQG and RMC
Wikipedia sites. Michele updated the IAQG site and
created an AAQG site. Within minutes, the AAQG site
was “deleted by the Wikipedia police.” Michele
received an alert that she was infringing on
copyrighted material on the AAQG web page
One caution: Even if you are the author of content
posted on the AAQG or RMC websites or another
potentially copyrighted source, you should reference
the source when using the material in another format.

OASIS Change Request Status
Distribution List
• An IAQG OASIS Change Request was submitted to
Hans Luijt (OASIS Database Administrator) on
March 27, 2009 requesting an e-mail distribution
list feature be added to OASIS.

IAQG Response
• IAQG reported the capability to retrieve e-mail
lists from the OASIS database will be developed in
6 – 8 months.

Concern
• SAE won’t be able to distribute our customer
satisfaction survey to AQMS certified OEMs and
suppliers until capability to retrieve email lists is
programmed in OASIS.

Resolution
• This request was discussed in the IAQG meeting in
Munich. The estimate for the software
programming change was too high. Tim Lee will
follow up this action with the OASIS Database
Administrator.

• An auditor workshop will be held in conjunction
with the RMC meeting in Atlanta, Georgia July 22
– 23, 2010. The following individuals will serve on
