Subject: Mar 16: Milford Kids ‘Kick Butts’!
Hi Chris -- Kids in Milford are taking a stand against tobacco and organizing activities on
Wednesday for national Kick Butts Day, sponsored by the Campaign for Tobacco-Free Kids. The
event will provide good visuals. Let me know if you plan to cover, send a photographer, or
want to speak with someone. I can provide photos after the event if that would be helpful.
On March 16, students at Delaware Valley High School in Milford will participate in a variety of
activities, including placing anti-tobacco messages on drink containers during lunchtime and
displaying posters throughout school. A costumed “Ciggy Butts” will also be at the school
throughout the day. Time: 11:30 AM. Location: 252 Route 6 and 209, Milford.
Thanks – Will Walters
