If university isn‘t for you, read more about our AAT training scheme WHAT DOES THE AAT TRAINING INVOLVE? You will learn the practical aspects of accountancy whilst studying towards the AAT qualification. You will receive excellent training, combining support with your exams, practical training courses and regular reviews of your work experience. You will have the benefits of working for a small organisation, which values you as an individual, but with all the benefits of training with a large organisation. Many AAT students progress on to the ACA qualification, so qualifying earlier than their peers who choose to go to university first. Salaries are competitive and all study costs are paid for. You will receive support every step of the way, from exam tutors, colleagues, your training partner and from the HAT team. All our students train with a leading firm of national tutors. As well as passing the exams, to ensure you are a competent accountant at the end of your training period, you will also attend high quality practical courses, which are written and run by HAT (these are not normally available if you chose to train with a small firm).
