Traits:
Expediting and Follow up with the vendors/suppliers once the purchase
orders been released by the client for the readiness of the shipment. Real
time updates on SAP & DSR by the feedback on the readiness of the
shipment from vendors/suppliers or from the client. Checking shipping
documents when ready to see that the documents meet Customs
Requirements and advising shipping instructions to the suppliers. Request
for rates for the shipments ready based on weight and volume and quote
to the client for confirmation if out of contract shipments.
Coordinating with origin offices for arranging collection and movement of
the shipments by Air/SEA/ROAD as per requirements. Coordinating with
operations to ensure the shipments are cleared and delivered on time and
updating the client and end users regarding the same. Handling courier
Maersk Oil account, from collection, clearance till delivery of the shipment.
Processing government approvals (EPC, ICT, MOC, MOH, QDC, MOI, SEC,
and Metrology).
Confirming J2J jobs and creating new files in control system.
Preparing monthly reports for the project. (Volume Report with billing
charges, KPI reports and Shipment Held Reports)
In-charge in invoicing and billing the customer for Air, Road, Sea, Courier
and local shipments. Checking and approving cost and ICA on each and
every files. Preparing the Service Order request for billing and send to client
for approval and service order number against each job. In-charge on
invoicing warehousing-charges.
