The building was built before the advent of LEED in Canada
Environmental perfrmance could be evaluated as LEED Gold or potential
to achieve LEED Platinum.
The construction achieved all project objectives including budget.
The cost was about $33-35 million
Green features:

Built on a brownfield site (Brownie award)

47% above the Model National Energy Code in energy use,
roughly 200,000$ in annual savings

Reused material from deconstruction of five historic
buildings, 1960’s bank and a parking lot.

