This form should be submitted by the Mentor to the HAHP Director of Research &
KE, Head of Department & the RDO (Amelia Wakeford), and copied to the Head of
School, no less than 6 weeks before the formal grant deadline.
Final detailed costing information must be provided at least 2 weeks before the
deadline (longer is recommended )
The completed application and internal approval paperwork must be circulated for
signatures at least 3 working days before the submission deadline.
