U of R Application for Admission form, the Re-admission/Transfer form,
the standard Education profile (TEAP) and the B. Mus Ed. Profile are
now all in one document!
– Students should use this comprehensive form to apply rather than
use the on-line product.
– It is available to print from our website and there was also a mail out
to all schools in the province.
• Education Deadlines
– Students with post-secondary work will still apply for December
1st with transcripts due by February 1st.
– Students who are currently in high school or who are applying with
only high school will apply for March 15th. Accelerated students
and students who have returned to upgrade will also follow the
March 15th deadline.

Let’s Review…
• Registration for current high school students (early

contact their Faculty/College prior to this date to set up
academic advising. All new students must receive
advising before they can go on-line and register in
classes.
SSCA Conference: Admissions Update
Let’s Review…
• The early conditional deadline remains June 15th.
Applications received after this date will be evaluated
on grade 12 grades only.
SSCA Conference: Admissions Update
Let’s Review…
• Final, official high school transcripts are due in the
Admissions Office by August 1st. Final admission
averages to the student’s specific Faculty are calculated
at this time. Students must meet the minimum
average required by their faculty in order to have their
admission finalized.
SSCA Conference: Admissions Update
Let’s Review…
• Mature students (age 21 or older) are admissible to
the Faculties of Arts, Fine Arts and Social Work.
Mature students may be admitted to the Faculty of Arts
to qualify for transfer to the faculties other than those
listed above.
SSCA Conference: Admissions Update
Let’s Review…
• As of last fall, we have both an on-line application for
admission and one for re-admission/transfer. There
will be continued work in this area over the next year.
To apply on-line, the student must supply a credit card
number to pay the application fee.
SSCA Conference: Admissions Update
Let’s Review…
• “Ask U of R” is available on the University of Regina’s
homepage to help students and others find answers to
important questions. Questions that are not answered
are saved and reported to us so that the product can
be enhanced.
SSCA Conference: Admissions Update
Let’s Review…
• We are uncertain as to where we will be physically
located for the next year. Please watch the website for
updates and give us a call before coming on campus to
find us.
