What is the Fall Management Program?
The Fall Management Program is a
preventative strategy that employs
interventions to prevent falls.
Upon admission, each client is assessed
using the Fall Risk Assessment Tool. If
the client is identified as a fall risk, the
Fall Management Program is initiated.
