Academic Experience
More than 14 years of teaching experience at university and college level.
 Working as a Lecturer for last six years with King Saud University since
Feb,2009.
 Worked as the Lecturer in University of the Punjab,Pakistan. from 20062009.
 Worked as a Lecturer in University of Centeral Punjab, from 2003-2006.
 Worked as a visiting faculty member for GIFT University, Gujranwala
Pakistan, 2005-2009.
 Worked as a Lecturer in Elite college of commerce , Gujranwala Pakistan ,
2000-2003.
Summary of Teaching and Research experience:
Taught various classes for more than 14 years (from 2000 to date) as
a permanent and visiting faculty member at different universities and institutes,
these classes were of MBA, BBA, M.Com, B.Com, Institute of Bankers, and
Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA).
I was an Instructor of Financial Management, Corporate Finance, Investment
Banking ,Banking and Insurance for MBA and M.Com classes at Punjab College
of Information Technology(a constituent college of University of Central Punjab) ,
and taught Management of Financial institutions and Specialized Financial
Institutions and Economics to M.Sc Accounting and Finance classes at GIFT
University, Gujranwala . I was also a visiting faculty member at University of The
Punjab, Gujranwala Campus and dealt with the subjects regarding Economics &
Finance Specialization at IBA, University of the Punjab for more than three years.
I was an instructor of paper F9 for ACCA at PAC (professional Academy of
Commerce) a leading trainer for CAT, CA and ACCA courses in Pakistan.
Currently I am working as a Lecturer at Department of Finance College of
Business Administration, King Saud University, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Financial needs of the SME sector and available financial products with the
commercial banks in Pakistan.Have written Reports on commercial and
investment Banks including standard Chartered, NBP, Arif habib Investments and
AKD securities.Comparison of conventional and islamic Insurance(Takaful) and
Islamic modes of Finance.I am also supervised many research reports and
projects, currently I am working on the Issue of Corporate Governance and
organizational innovation management in Saudi Arabia.
