Advance the effective and efficient administration of justice.
NACM provides a robust forum fostering innovative
practices and professional development that inspires
excellence in its membership, enhances public trust and
confidence in our courts, and embraces the fundamental
duties and responsibilities inherent in an accountable and
independent judicial branch of government.

To be the premier global organization for court
professionals by devoting its work to
addressing current and future issues facing the
judiciary; stressing its commitment to develop
and sustain a high performing Association.

Purpose
• Develop and improve leadership in the judicial system
and the leadership qualities of court managers.
• Promote the interdependence of court managers and
judges.
• Promote and encourage the continuing education
opportunities of court managers.
• Encourage fellowship, a network, and a sense of unity
among NACM members.
