Sketch Assignments As an artist in middle school, you will be required to complete bi-weekly sketches. The purpose of a sketching is to encourage you to look harder at things, use your imagination, and explore ideas and techniques that interest and challenge you. In additional to your bi-weekly sketches, you are encouraged to use your sketchbook as a place to let out your ideas and thoughts through your art. Attached to this sheet, you will find a long list of sketch ideas. You may choose any one of the ideas to turn in for your bi-weekly sketch. You may only use each idea once. Each entry will be worth 100 points. To receive the full 100 points, your entries must meet the following expectations. Only draw on front side of paper, do not use the back.
