Objectives:
The needs for effective meetings are immense. The meetings
can be the place where many wonderful ideas can be brought
to life, team spirits infused, brings people differences to the
ground and also build the foundation for goals and dreams of
the company.
All of this is possible only with the help of knowing how to
conduct an effective meeting. Many meeting conducted do not
follow protocol, have no life, meaning and people instead of
getting charged up feel demotivated and dejected after a
meeting. This program objective is to help bring the power of
meetings back to life.

About the Facilitator
Ganesh has done his Master of Business Administration from
BIM (Bharathidasan Institute of Management), majored in
Marketing and Human Resource. He has an experience of 9
years in the sales and training industry. He has worked in
Citibank for about 5+ years, a multinational bank with its
head office in the U.S. He has held various positions in the
bank from being City Head Coimbatore for personal loans to a
Manager heading a team of Citibankers in Chennai handling
sales of cards, personal loans, home loans, Insurance and
CASA accounts. He has also worked with ICICI Bank for a
year in up-country Karnataka as Sales Manager handling their
Credit cards and Merchant acquiring business.
His passion towards training and coaching has led him to
leave the corporate world; he is now full time into training,
coaching & counselling various corporate and colleges. He
runs programs for corporate as well as the college students,
the future corporate. He is a NLP (Neuro Linguistic
Programming) Practitioner Certified by American Board of
NLP, TA 101 (Transactional Analysis) certified by ITAA (The
International Transactional Analysis Association) and has
Completed Master Diploma in Training certified by IATD
(Indian Academy of Training and Development).
He specialises in Sales, Leadership Skills, Performance
Enhancement, Faculty Training, Life Skills, Outbound
Training, College to Corporate and Life Transformational
programs.

Fee Details
Participation fee-Rs.1750/- plus 14.5% Service Tax per
participant.
Special discounted fee -Rs.1300/-(inclusive of Service Tax)
per participant for MMA members. The fee includes
workshop material and lunch.

The cheque/DD to be drawn in favour of “Madras
Management Association” payable at Chennai. Full payment
in advance. Fees once paid will not be refunded. However
changes in nomination before commencement of programme
permitted.
