Speech and Debate Final Exam Fall 2013 You will have 30 minutes to create a PRO argument concerning the topic: We Should Ban Animal Testing. (PRO=Stop animal testing CON=Continue animal testing). Type your speech up and at the end of the half-hour you will print off the speech and we will have a debate. Your speech should be 1-3 minutes and you should use the techniques we have learned this year in order to persuade me to vote for your side.
