Arista Networks Ltd requires an Accounting Manager with international business experience for this full time role based at its office in the Enterprise Acceleration Centre. Reporting directly to the International Controller and working closely with the international sales team and the corporate finance team the role involves not only managing the day-to-day accounting of the business but also identifying and executing actions which will improve the performance of the business. Main Duties Monthly and quarterly reporting for international entities Timely compliance with audit requests (internal and external), tax deadlines and companies office requirements Revenue recognition accounting Manage the preparation and filing of VAT/GST returns Manage service providers (Accounting, tax, others) Develop and adhere to corporate policies and procedures in order to create a control environment worthy of a listed company Intercompany accounting for royalties and cost sharing agreements Produce international sales commission reports Review and approve international sales orders before submission to manufacturing Assist sales staff with qualifying Arista as a supplier with prospective customers and concluding contract negotiations Project work such as establishing new subsidiaries and implementing new systems The ideal candidate: Qualified chartered accountant with 5+ years’ post qualification experience in international roles Strong knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, European and Asian company, legal and tax requirements Revenue recognition experience in the computer industry Experience in working to tight deadlines and managing relationships with external service providers Sound knowledge of financial controls & procedures Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Capable of working on their own initiative and as part of a small team Proficient with Accounting Software and Microsoft Office (Experience of NetSuite and salesforce.com would be an advantage) Desire to work in a customer focused environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills The salary will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience. The working hours will be agreed in advance with the International Controller.
