Horton member Michael Cohen chair member September 25, 2013 To: Potential Vendors Subject: Request for Information (RFI) for a Mainframe Printer (RFI FTB-1314-Mainframe Printer) Ad#1 The Franchise Tax Board (FTB) is surveying the marketplace for a Mainframe Printer. FTB is currently performing a Feasibility Study Report (FSR) to replace FTB’s current Mainframe Triplex Printer, a Canon (previously Océ) PageStream 744 that is end of life. FTB’s mandatory requirements for a Mainframe Printer are listed in the attached Requirements Matrix. Also provided is the available floor plan for the new printer. FTB is requesting information from interested vendors related to an estimate catalog pricing and ability to meet our mandatory requirements. This document contains information regarding FTB’s needs in their consideration of replacing our existing Mainframe Triplex Printer. If you plan on responding to this RFI, please email your contact information and any questions by 2:00 PM PT on September 19, 2013 so we may provide you any supplemental information.
