We are currently hiring full and part time Customer Care Representatives at our West Wichita, Kansas location. The Wichita contact center processes orders from across the USA; this includes providing quality customer service, cross selling and suggestive selling additional products; every order call is a sales
opportunity. Are you looking to earn over $13.00 per hour with incentives (base wage plus incentives)?

General Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED
Demonstrated record of exceptional attendance and punctuality
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Good computer skills
Ability to provide our customers with exceptional service
6 months experience in customer sales and/or sales
Preferred Qualifications:
1-2 years of previous contact center experience
Proven track record to cross sell for maximum customer/company benefit
Commitment to successfully fulfill customer’s needs by cross sell/up-sell
We offer several shifts from 7AM – 11PM, 6 days a week with Sunday shifts starting soon.
