Your assignment is to create a two-sided (on a single piece of paper) information sheet and present it to your class. These will be combined to make an organ system packet for each student. Use either Microsoft Word or Publisher. Your information sheet should include the following information: FRONT PAGE 1. A title: Name of your body system and a catchy slogan. 2. A explanation of the function(s) of your body system. 3. A list of the major organs and what each organ does (their job.) 4. Two diseases or disorders associated with your system and its causes/effects. 5. Fun facts or Did You Know? about your body system (minimum of 4.) BACK PAGE 6. A drawing or picture of your body system, labeled. SEPARATE SHEET FOR TEACHER 7. A list of sources (listing of ALL resources used -- books, Internet, video. 4 min.—MLA format) **Note sheet should not be double spaced (fit as much information on it as you can) and be in an outline form. Your list of sources should be a separate sheet of paper. Copies of your information sheet should be provided to all of your classmates (teacher will make the copies).
