Instructions (if any): There is NO makeup for the missed midterm exam unless you provide a document accepted by the supervisor of the Information System department. If so, you will be eligible to attend a comprehensive exam some time at the end of the semester. Unless otherwise specified, late assignment will not be accepted. Extension will be granted only in serious situations. All assignments are to be submitted as a hardcopy unless otherwise specified. Work submitted for grading must be your own. Any unauthorized copying is considered a breach of academic integrity and will not be tolerated. Any violation will include a failure i.e. ZERO grad. Attendance is a must, and it will be taken at the beginning of each class. You will be considered an absent if you show up after the first 10 minutes of the class time You will NOT be allowed to attend the final exam if you skip more than 13 hours, and you will be considered as denied.
