ERS Supplement to QSE Agreements – QSEs are required to sign and submit a Supplement to QSE Agreement for each ERS program they offer into, forms should be on file with legal prior to submitting offers. • Complete & sign form, submit to MPRegistration@ercot.com with cc to ers@ercot.com. • Only required to be submitted once for each program. b. DSR Exemption Form – For sites in a NOIE area, the QSE must arrange with the NOIE to provide ERCOT with documentation that any Load being followed by a Dynamically Scheduled Resource will not interfere with the effective delivery of ERS in a deployment event. DSWG (and subgroups) - The mission of the Demand Side Working Group is to identify and promote opportunities for demand-side Resources to participate in the ERCOT markets. Using the wrong Submission Form version. By submitting this form, the QSE affirms that the ERS Resource has reviewed P.U.C. Substantive Rule 25.507 and all Protocols regarding ERS, and has agreed in writing to comply with and be bound by those provisions. • Current version 13.2 By submitting this form, the QSE affirms that it and the controlling entity of the ERS Resource are familiar with any Federal or State environmental regulations that apply to the use of any generator in the provision of ERS, and that the use of such generator(s) in the provision of ERS is compliant with those regulations. This applies to both ERS Generators and to the use of backup generation by ERS Loads. • R tabs have version number as well. By submitting this form during the offer phase, the QSE affirms that the ERS Resource capacity being offered is not capacity that is separately obligated to respond during an Energy Emergency Alert (EEA) event and that neither the QSE nor the ERS Resource is receiving a separate reservation payment for any such obligation occurring in the contracted ERS Time Period. 2. The submitting QSE agrees to produce the above authorizations and agreements immediately upon request from ERCOT or the Public Utility Commission of Texas.
