6th International Toastmasters Conference in Moscow

If you are a real Toastmaster or about to become one soon, you'd better read this letter
"from cover to cover" since it's an important one.
All Russian Toastmasters clubs will combine efforts in order to organize and hold
the 6th International Conference in Moscow:
"Toastmasters spring into the Spring!"
Last conference was a BLAST!

We had 2 sessions in 2 languages.

100 Toastmasters from 4 countries visited this event.

We learnt a lot, communicated a lot and had tons of fun! ;)
To feel the spirit of the 5th Conference watch a great collection of pics and a cool video.
And the 6th Conference is going to be even more exciting, educatinal,
entertainingand fruitful! :) We promise!
In 3 months, on February 28th - March 1st many international
fellow Toastmasters are coming to Moscow AGAIN (!)
to enjoy the atmospheric great event in one of the most beautiful
capitals of the world! :)

IMPORTANT DETAILS
WHEN?
The event will take place on February 28th -March 1st. (it's the weekend so please
reserve these dates!)
WHERE?
In Moscow :)
We are renting the venue that is 100% suitable for holding professional events, is wellequipped and can house up to 100+ participants. And that is near the center of Moscow,
of course. We will let you know the address as soon as possible.
PROGRAM:
The daily program of the Conference is still under construction but we can already spill the
beans for you :)

We will certainly have a number of CONTESTS! Among them are Speech
Contest, Table Topics Contest, Evaluation Contest and the one that will be
held for the first time in most of our clubs - the Tall Tale Contest! :)
BTW, take a look at the list of participant we're looking for and sign up for the role


We have also included a number of WORKSHOP sessions, many of which would be
conducted by our international guests. We can already name a few, such as:
"Speech Pad - Speakers must persuade" by Patrick Nini, something very
special fromAntonio Meza, a professional speaker who gave us an online workshop
last time (remember him?) and many more!

INTERCULTURAL COMMUNICATION and HAVING FUN will certainly become
important parts of the event! You can join us at guided tours in Moscow, "eating-&drinking-at-bars" sessions, and of course at the After-Conference party! And
maybe even the After-After-Party :)
OUR INTERNATIONAL GUESTS:
A number of Toastmasters from Europe, America and other parts of the world will join us.
They take leading roles in their clubs, keep blogs on public speaking and deliver professional
trainings on presentation skills. The exact number of guests and their personalities will be
highlighted later.
HOW MUCH?
The entrance fee to the 6th International Conference in Moscow varies according to the time
of registration:

"Early Bird" ticket is 700 rub/person and is valid from today
till December 31st (undoubtedly it is the BEST OPTION :))

"Late Bird" ticket is 1000 rub/person and is valid from January 1st till
Fedruary 27th

"Very Late Bird :)" ticket is 1500 rub/person and is
valid fromFedruary 28th till the end of the Conference
HOW TO PAY?
To pay the entrance fee you can choose different options:

At the meeting. Give the money to any Club Officer.

To Tinkoff card. Please transfer the amount to the Tinkoff card 5213 2437 3700
0800 and we will pay the fees on the website for you. All the information how to
deposit cash to Tinkoff card you find here. After you finished, please send an SMS
with your name at +7 915 057 95 17, that we may know who has transferred the
money.
IMPORTANT TO KNOW!

This is NOT going to be an "open-to-everyone" event. This is
a Toastmasters Conference and only current or soon-to-be members are eligible
to take part in it.

This is NOT just a fun event (although we promise you there's going to be a lot of
fun too!) but a public speaking & leadership skills training conference. Please
be ready not only to sit and watch other people speak, but to participate actively in
contests and workshops!
