Also be responsible to assess the training needs of HEC/HEIs employees and thereby developing and implementing Annual Training Plan for HEC/ HEIs employees. Serve as Focal Person to World Bank for all Training activities to be undertaken under TESP Program while working in close liaison with respective

HEC Divisions and World Bank.Currently working on launching following new initiativesat Higher

Educational Institutions(HEIs):

Monitoring/evaluating DLIs(Disbursement Linked Indicators) and organizing capacity development programs at HEIs on University Advancement, Communication, Outreach, etc, in accordance with the Project work plan.

Worked with various Districts Administrations, NGOs and International Donor Agencies in Disaster

Management during the Drought Relief Operations-1999 in order to assist/coordinate the relief activities and mitigation planning for extremely vulnerable people. The force also operated in Interior Sind for ensuring security of personnel, fixed assets and other public assets during hostile environments and

remained in aid of civil power for maintaining law and order situation in Sindh. In addition, performed management functions in field units at various locations and was also involved in operational planning at all levels.
