Your trip itinerary and prices are listed on the final pages of this document. The suggested
itinerary is tentative and subject to change. All items listed under the “Package Includes” section
are included in your trip price. All items listed under the “Package Does Not Include” section are
not included in your trip price. Any country entry or departure taxes that have not been collected
as part of your airline ticket, and any visa application fees required at your port of entry are not

let you know about the possibility of a fuel surcharge. Changes in government taxes and
increases in fuel supplements by our vendors may occur. ETA reserves the right to pass on any
increases in such items to all passengers up to the time of final payment. Thereafter, only newly
imposed governmental taxes can be surcharged. Additionally, if your package includes flights,
there may be a charge to check your baggage that would be paid directly to the airline at check
in.

All deposits and payments are non-refundable. Travel insurance (trip cancellation) is not

infrastructure problems (including road maintenance, transportation delays and accommodation
conditions), civil unrest, vandalism, crime, political instability and terrorism. Medical services or
facilities may not be readily available or available at all during all or part of a program and, if
available, may not be equal to standards in participant’s home country. I assume all risk of
bodily injury, death, emotional trauma, property damage, inconvenience and/or loss resulting
from negligence or any other acts of any and all persons or entities, however caused, including,

of travel and participation in the ETA program and to release ETA from any and all liabilities to
the maximum extent permitted by law.
