I was a former 10K and marathon runner who had back surgery in 1987, L5S1 Microdiscectomy and a
three level neck fusion in 2003 after a mountain bike crash.
I am an active USCF track and road cyclist, mountain biker, cyclecross rider, snow skier, water skier,
scuba diver, triathlete, Adventure racer, tennis player, golfer, rollerblader, hiker, camper, single mother of
grown son (collegiate baseball player, three sport athlete) and daughter (collegiate swimmer).
My children and I were all State Champions the same year 1996
