This form should be used when applying for a partner identification trip in the Pool for Dialogue and Cooperation on
Gender and Women's Rights administrated by KVINFO.
A partner identification trip offers the potential partners a possibility of assessing the foundation for a partnership,
negotiating a partnership agreement and initiating discussion about future project cooperation, including the
conclusion of a partnership agreement. Please read the instructions and guiding questions under each sub headline
carefully. Include only relevant and necessary information, and make sure that the total application does not exceed 10
pages.

THE PARTNER IDENTIFICATION
Context Analysis: Describe briefly the national political and socio-economic context, focusing on the aspects of gender
equality, women’s rights and the liberties and freedom of association for civil society organizations to work on these
issues.
Purpose: Describe the purpose and the expected outcome of the partner identification.
Program and activities: Describe the main activities during the identification trip and attach a detailed programme for
the entire trip (Annex 1).
Participants: Please describe who (names and positions) will take part in the identification trip from the Danish
organization, including their role and responsibility. Please attach a CV of each participant (Annex 2).
Follow-up activities: Describe the activities (including signing of partnership agreement, project planning etc.) that are
to take place after the identification trip and indicate who will be responsible and what the timeframe will be.
Challenges and potential risks: Please describe any foreseen challenges or potential risks that may jeopardize or delay
the identification trip and the subsequent process.
