Qualification & Experience: Candidates must possess strong leadership abilities strategic planning and financial management skills. Applicants having Ph.D. degree in any discipline from HEC recognized university would be preferred. A holistic understanding of issues pertaining to the higher education sector including pedagogy, quality assurance, fund raising, accreditation, etc. will be considered as a major asset.
