(Remember your work is submitted on a closed / secure system, so you can reassure your superintendent of confidentiality, plus you can share your confidentiality statement). Select any teacher or staff member (insert a picture) that has a computer in your school (or school division) and ask them the following questions and record their answers: • Have you read the Acceptable Use Policy for our school/division? Yes • Do you have a school/school division e-mail account? Yes • Do you know what computerized software (or your school/division’s student accounting system) is? If not, please find out. Obtain a graphic image/picture of that person, show their name, then THANK THEM BIG TIME for the work they do for the school division. Beth Allen is in charge of all E-Rate documents She is the IT Director for the entire school system. I could not obtain a graphic because one is not provided on the county website.
