 Management of the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements.
 Experience in handling recruitment for roles up to Associate Directors
 Gathering the requirements from Business Unit Heads / Hiring Managers on varied technologies and extract technical information in order to provide them with the best talent in the industry.
 Analyzing & prioritizing the requirements, and prepare a defined action plan with timelines for attracting and retaining talents.
 Sourcing of candidates through various channels like job portals, social network, existing database
HR portal, advertisements, employee referrals, networking, and placement consultants.
 Reviewing resumes & credentials and conducting preliminary interviews to assess suitability of the candidates in terms of appropriateness of work experience, technical skills, qualifications and aspirations and communication skills.
 Closures of positions within the target hire date through rigorous follow-ups.
 Ensuring the recruiting and hiring practices are compliant with organizational policies, and other regulatory norms.
 Building a rich talent pool of resumes on various niche skills across levels .
