Skills Development Scotland (SDS) developing FAs based on
SQA qualifications – SDS Design Rules:

 Split between classroom and work-based components
(approx half) – NQ, SVQ and other work-based units
 2 year programme – schools/college/employer partnership
 Business Skills = Units from NQ Business and SVQ
