Standardisation Events
Tuesday 1st December, 9.30am – 3.15pm – Thistle Hotel, Glasgow.
Thursday 3 rd December, 9.30am – 3.15pm Lovat Hotel, Perth.
I am pleased to invite a delegate(s) from your centre to attend the above noted Standarisation Events.
The suite of SVQs in Health and Social Care, the SVQ Leadership & Management and the HNC Social
Care will be covered at these events.
Standardisation Events are organised by SQA to provide a forum which allows practitioners to come together to discuss issues relating to the application of standards and to share good practice in delivering qualifications. Ideally to gain maximum effect from the day, your representative(s) should be involved in the day to day provision and delivery of SQA qualifications within your centre.
Attendees will participate in two workshops, which they will select pertaining to their area of practice.
Can you please ensure that you indicate what two workshops attendees would like to attend, when completing the reply form. In the event that your first choice of workshops can not be fulfilled, please also mark your second choice.
I hope that staff from your centre will be able to attend, and would be grateful if you would complete and return the enclosed reply form by Monday 16 th November. Please note that places are limited and allocated on a first come first served basis. Please reply early to avoid disappointment.
