► The Scoresheets used at Nationals
should be pre-printed, but for this
presentation we will assume the

Some Hints & Tips
► After a rally, watch the refs, not the game!
– e.g. Team A may hit a spike out, you fill in the
scoresheet with Team B winning a point, and miss
seeing the refs call a touch off the block!
► Once you have transferred the rotation from the line up
sheet to the scoresheet, mark the back of the line up
sheet (with a cross or signature) to show you have
finished with it and the line up can’t be changed
► After each set, rip each line up sheet up
– Coaches MUST provide a new line up sheet each set, they can’t
say “same as last set”
► It is best practice coaches provide their line up sheets to
the scorer BEFORE they cross from one side of the
court to the other in-between sets
