Discipleship & Spiritual Enrichment
Some women come with Christian experience
and some come with very little faith but are
open to learn. Our hope is that each woman
have a saving faith in the
Lord and Savior Jesus Christ
and seek to live a life of faith.
Residents must attend worship and bible
study every week. They receive a bible upon
intake and prayer in each meeting. Many join
the church and become active in the life of the
church.
Health and Wellness
After years of abuse, it is important
for those in recovery to establish good
health care practices to strengthen their
body. Referrals are made to doctors,
dentists & psychiatrists.
Nutrition and Fitness are also encouraged and
taught.
Case Management
Residents meet with the
Program Director to develop an
Individual Progress Plan
which entails setting goals with each
resident to be reviewed periodically for
re-evaluation and assessment for growth
Life Skills
learning
Many of the women need support in
how to budget their meager resources.
Basic Skills such as cooking ,cleaning, laundering are
residents responsibility. Some women are in need of
education in these areas.
