Students in 7th and 8th grade Chorus, Dance, Band, and Art classes are invited to attend the
trip. Students who are Bulldog Dancers, Grove Singers, and Jazz Band members are also
invited.
Payment Schedule
August 3rd - $100 deposit (non-refundable)
September 3rd - $300 payment
October 3rd - $300 payment
November 3rd - $300 payment
Payment checks will be made out to your child’s booster account:

Fundraisers
A fundraising committee has been formed. They are busy planning fundraisers. Once you
have submitted your interest in the trip (via the google doc), you will be added to the
fundraiser email list. You will receive emails about the fundraisers, the fundraising calendar,
and the sign up geniuses to volunteer to help. Some fundraisers will benefit the entire group
while others will be for individual credit. We have had students fundraise their entire trip cost
as well as their parent’s entire trip cost. IT CAN BE DONE!!
