READING: Read for 20 minutes and get reading log signed. Vocabulary Workshop: Make flash cards using words 1-6. This has been explained in class! Tuesday SIC NO HOMEWORK NIGHT Wednesday Tuesday, November 17th: SIC No Homework Night Wednesday, November 18th: Interim Reports Thursday, November 19th: Thursday folders Friday, November 20th: Math 4 Today, Daily Science, and Social Studies Newspaper due. DLR and Math –Chapter 5 Assessment College Spirit Day-Wear your FAVORITE TEAM SHIRT! Math: Complete pages 309-310 (see binder for sheet). Reading: Read for 20 minutes and get Classroom Instruction: reading log signed. Vocabulary Workshop: Make flash cards using words 7-12. This has been explained in class! MATH: We will wrap up Chapter 5-Multiplying two digit numbers by two digit numbers this week. A Unit Assessment will be given on Friday and a study guide will be sent home on Thursday. We will also complete the Chapter Review in class on Thursday. Please continue to practice multiplication facts. We will be taking MATH MASTERS timed tests each week. Thursday Math: Complete Study Guide (see binder for sheet). Test is tomorrow! Reading: Read for 20 minutes and get ELA: We are continuing to work on reading strategies and skills, and grammar. We will continue to do this with small groups, and whole group guided reading. Our guided reading is the novel Night of the Twisters by Ivy Ruckman. The focus skill for this week is: PLOT reading log signed. Vocabulary Workshop: Study your flash cards. Writing: Journal Topics and Begin Wreath Writing Project Science: Current Unit of Study: Solar System . Social Studies: Current Unit of Study: Jamestown and the 13 Colonies _______________________________ Review your Math 4 Today, DLR, and Daily Science. Also, your Social Studies Newspaper will be due on Friday, too. These will be turned in for a grade on Friday.
