Random Access Memory (RAM) is the primary storage system for
a computer. Everything that comes into a computer must go through
the RAM.
8-Briefly describe four possible injuries that could be caused by
computer devices.
Eye strain is caused by staring at a monitor for an extended
period of time. Musculoskelatal problems occur when improper
equipment is used (desk and chair). A proper seating position can also
help to eleviate the problem. Stress can also be a hazard because of a
bad workspace layout, physical problems or the fear of using new
software. A good work space must also have proper ventilation.
Without proper ventilation you could become sick because of the
electromagnetc field that office equipment emits.
