Firstly he worked as a technical-personnel director in shipping company Jadroplov, from 1990. until the end of August 1994. On September 1st 1994. he established his own private shipmanagement company and since then he has been the President and C.E.O. of the Split Ship Management Ltd. Split Ship Management LTD. employs 47 employees a shore and about 2000 seamen. He also worked as a lecturer on the High Maritime School in Split during 1992-1994., Marine Engineer Department in the subject Malfunction diagnostics.
