influential executives.

For executive search clients – our strategic focus manages blockage and offlimits concerns – We develop a few select relationships and seek to establish
strategic partnerships with those clients.

strategy. For each search assignment we specifically design the search process to

Search Execution – Professional search execution is a rigorous process –
conducted by a team of professionals with focus, commitment, and experience.

Consultative Approach – We seek to provide value to client organizations and

executive leadership; which, in turn allows us to identify and recruit superior
candidates. Our search work is often conducted in light of selected archetype,
target or academy companies, key incumbents and alumni.
