• NLRB’s “quickie election” rule is back on the table.
• Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals (Arkansas) decides that
an employer is not liable for hostile work environment
where the plaintiff’s supervisor screamed and cursed at
her and then prevented her three times from leaving the
room.

Diversity Advisory Committee

Provides support in the areas of diversity and inclusion. The
Committee has collected information from members about their
diversity-related initiatives and plans, as well as areas of
greatest interest and need. We work to provide internal and
external resources for members as they progress in their own
company’s diversity and inclusion strategies.

The Diversity Committee conducts job fairs and webinars to
assist members in assessing their diversity status and needs,
and to provide resources to meet their diversity goals.
