Dear Families,
This week, our classes are continuing to learn about the human body systems.
Our focus this week is on the digestive system, the endocrine system, and the cardiovascular (circulatory) system. Our class activities will include visual and written instruction with student summaries, kinesthetic exploration lessons, as well as written assignments utilizing critical thinking skills. Students will be assessed this Friday. The content will include the following topics/objectives:

S7L2. Students will describe the structure and function of cells, tissues, organs, and organ systems. a. Explain the purpose of the major organ systems in the human body (i.e., digestion, respiration, reproduction, circulation, excretion, movement, control, and coordination, and for protection from disease).
