My role was to coach the Austrian management team enabling them to lead a lean organisation. Our financial target was € 294k which we reached. 04/12 – 07/12 National Water Company NWC, Riyadh, the biggest Saudi Arabian utility company. International Programme Manager (PMO Specialist), managing 14 projects to ensure nationwide water supply during the drought period 2012. 12/09 – 02/12 Frank Wright Ltd (part of Nutreco Group), Derbyshire/UK, a producer of animal feed. Project Manager, managing an external and internal group of consultants throughout 2 projects dealing with supply chain efficiency, working capital and operations excellence. Our combined savings commitment was £450k and we streamlined all operations and supply chain processes, implemented a new shift system, KPIs, planning tools, communication channels and a new operations organisation. 03/08 – 12/09 PPG Industries, paint manufacturing and logistics, based in Amsterdam. International Supply Chain Compliance Auditor for various projects/locations (see below). I audited all sites across Europe and developed areas for further improvement (performance, efficiency, cost situation). 10/07 – 02/08 Armacell Group, Hanover, a company that produces insulation foams in 3 EU countries. Project Manager; I managed the stock optimisation part of a project where we reduced € 3m in working capital. 03/05 – 09/07 PPG Industries (former SigmaKalon Group), paint manufacturing and logistics, Amsterdam. International Programme Manager where I implemented an own developed supply chain and manufacturing model based on LEAN and continuous improvement principles throughout all their 12 European and Asian sites. Doing so I coached board members, re-organised all supply chain divisions, strategically developed procurement and purchasing functions, introduced common KPIs and a Group Balanced Scorecard, implemented capacity usage and planning tools and developed processes for sales forecasting and new R&D introductions. Savings Commitment was € 4,5m.
