SOC: Checked out Tangerine from the school library. Each person was assigned about 20 pages to read
and summarize. The main characters are Paul (younger brother and soccer player), Erik (older brother
and football player), Mom, Dad, Joey Costello, Tino, and Luis. Additional characters are mentioned as
the journal story unfolds, in chronological order. It is narrated by Paul.
Dream Team Essay collected.
Some journal entries are overdue. Full credit will NOT be awarded. Journal entry #2..second ½ of the
questions is due by March 29. The extra credit based on “Breakfast Club” is due by 3/31.
Patty, please read and summarize 89-112 for next class.

SOC:
Period 1 worked in the library discovering information on puberty rites through the Internet as well as
completing the workbook assignment. I shared results of the survey on "love languages."
ECO: Both classes reviewed the notes thus far because a quiz is coming and practiced creating
situations regarding employed and unemployed persons. Period 3 completed 1-14 employed and
unemployed exercise on the Senteo. They played budget game Month 4.
Period 4 Played budget game Month 4 and 5. They did not even begin the exercise on employed and
unemployed.
Remember: Business Cycle Illustration is due next class.
Business Cycle (castle learning) is due April 12. Open book test, Chapter 19 is due April 15/16.

ECO: Vocabulary continued. Graph work was completed. Period 4 took that part of the test concerned
with graphs. All the laws/principles are defined and explained. Check the class notes file on line for
explanation. Period 4 also completed marginal product.
