This position has budgetary accountability and needs to manage the work program for the position in a cost effective manner.
Develop new business and grow existing client relationships.
Managing the client brief from proposal through to implementation.
Assembling estimates, managing the budget, forecasting and generating invoices.
Meet and exceed revenue goals.
Working with our design team and ensuring deadlines and client expectations are met.
Deliver against set KPI’s including client growth and new business development
Completion of all project financial documentation (client set ups, invoicing) via approval system
Weekly, monthly and annual reporting on client projects.
Assist manager in the review of clients and projects to identify areas for growth to deliver strong financial outcomes for Arc Creative.
Educate clients on the full range of services offered by Arc Creative..
Undertake other tasks and duties as directed by the Manager

A strong understanding of the creative process – both print and digital.
Experience in successfully identifying new business opportunities and overachieving targets.
Experience in pitching, estimating and writing proposals.
Ability to develop client presentations to win new business.
Brilliant organisation (multi-tasking and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously is important), negotiation and sales skills.
