Where the offences are substantiated, the case is transferred to Level 4. Students in dirty, un-ironed and ripped uniforms are considered to be out of uniform. Secondary khimar must be long enough to cover the hair, chest, back and below the elbow. Only WHITE SAFTEY PINS are allowed. Maintain personal hygiene. Nails should be kept short and clean Label student’s belongings clearly. Black school shoes or PREDOMINANTLY black AND white / silver runners. No mismatched uniform will be accepted. UNIFORM CONSEQUENCES: Any student without proper school uniform will be sent home unless a uniform pass is issued when a parent’s note has been given to form teacher. Parents will have to make arrangements within a maximum of 3 days. Students who cannot be picked up by their parents will be subjected to class withdrawal. By-Laws of the Discipline Policy Items: glass drink bottles, pumpkin seeds and the like are not allowed at the College. ONLY clear plastic water bottles allowed to class. NO hot drinks are allowed on school premises. No fizzy drinks and energy drinks like V-Drink, Mother, Red Bull, Monster are allowed and are prohibited at school. Mobile Phones- Not allowed to be used on school premises. Will be confiscated & to be picked up by parent from office. • N.B. Only allowed in some cases after approval from principal. Once approved, should be kept at office during school hours. ATTENDENCE Absence: • • Student required at school all the time unless it is for a valid reason (sick, family matters). MUST bring a note / medical certificate the next day, if absent. Lateness • Must report to office after 8.30 am to get a pass.
