GIEL exists to challenge leaders to understand
and implement ethics in business for the
benefit of themselves, their people, and the
world.

We initially plan to operate in the Houston Metro
area and actively plan to seek expansion into
other metro areas in Texas, the United States,
and the world.

We believe that in order for businesses and other
organizations to flourish, leaders need a strategy based
on a solid business ethics foundation. We want to help
leaders understand and apply this truth in practical
ways to their organizations. We also firmly believe that
anyone in any organization can have a leadership
attitude and thus can have a positive influence no
matter where they happen to be listed in the
organizational structure.
We will carry out our mission in five important ways:
1. research and publications
2. courses on ethics and ethical leadership leading to
certification and the ability to teach the program
3. public speaking
4. consulting
5. sponsoring special events that support our mission.
