PROGRAM TESTIMONIALS
PROGRAM OVERVIEW
THE PARTICIPANTS
"I'm walking out of here today with a
very definitive plan on what I'm going
to do to be a better leader in the next
six months. I'm really pleased about
that because too often you come out
from an experience like this with lots
of ideas and thoughts but no real
plan on how to put them together
into something actionable. I'm
leaving with an architectural
blueprint on how to improve my
leadership - and that, I think, was one
of the most valuable aspects about
the program for me"

Introspection and factual analysis
inform leadership decision making,
as our toughest decisions are often
an expression of who we are as
human beings - the totality of our
knowledge, experiences, values and
personality. The Leading Decisions
program integrates cutting-edge
research and expertise with physical
and personality assessments to
create a customized portfolio of
resources for effective leadership
development and training.
This program is designed for high
potential and accomplished leaders:
Board chairs, Presidents, CEO’s, and Clevel executives with substantial
organizational responsibilities, who
wish to develop an effective rubric for
better decision making. Whether in
marketing, finance, or operations,
Leading Decisions will add critical
leadership skills to their portfolios.
"This was a great opportunity to
connect the dots as to the 'why.' I will
take these tools back to work to
better understand why leaders lead
the way they do and how to use that
in making better decisions."

"I actually spend very little time
thinking about myself. The last three
days gave me about 10 angles
through which to view myself especially my life journey. Leading
Decisions is a great reminder that
staying dedicated to, and improving
one's "Self" is a critical part of
maintaining a high performing
team."
